Rev. Dr. Yvonne Wallace Penn has officially announced her candidacy for Dorchester County Council in District 2, bringing fresh, energetic leadership to end 32 years of stagnation and put the people first with open government, transparency, and real progress.

She introduced a bold six-point platform focused on economic growth and job creation, infrastructure improvements, education for our youth, transparent governance, and building stronger relationships and representation for all communities across Dorchester.
